SET(M) Periods of absences outside UK

Does one have to mention all their absences outside UK when completing question 9.13 in Set(M). Although the question does mention that please provide details of all periods of absence from the UK, but I read somewhere in a reply to someone's post that only absences greater than 180 days needs to be disclosed.

The SET(M) form now asks for all absences to be declared.
