Urgent help!!! Short term student visa 6 months

Hi!

I am an indian national and i was studying my undergraduate studies in the uk holding a Tier 4 visa, however i was unable to progress thus had my tier 4 visa curtailed last month. I have been back home since Novemvber, and now I am applying for a short 6 month course in another university. May I know if I would be successful in attaining a short term student visa?
