‌help please! British spouse absent over 270

Hi everyone. My wife came Uk february 2012.She got ILR 2014 .She stayed out of Uk for some health issue. 2015 - 6 months 2016- 5 months 2017- 1 month.What should we do?Can she apply or wait one more year? Thanks all your help.
