Open work permit under skilled spousal visa

Hi there! I’m new here and would like to ask, is it possible for me to be a main applicant for permanent residency under child care new pathway while my husband is waiting for his permanent residency under AINP? I have an open work permit under skilled spousal visa and working in Canada as a live-out nanny for 1 1/2 years. Thank you for your answer. God bless!
