I am a British citizen and married a moroccan 3 years ago. We have been living in UK for 2.5 yrs and now applying for extension FLR M. he has a spouse visa which was sponsored in my previous name as on my passport. Since i got married I have changed my surname and taken my husband's so all my work, banking, bills eye is in my married name. But my passport is still in my previous name as it still has 4 years left on it. Can you advise me what surname I am to write on the application form as his sponsor...do I have to write what's shown in my passport or what's show on my bills banking etc. TIA
