Hello Dear Experts,

Seasons Greetings! Apologies if this question is repeated else where.

I am working in a company x(India) currently. My company has offices in UK and is a 'A' rated Sponsorer.
My company is ready to take me as direct UK employee.

Is it possible to move from company X(India) to same Company X(UK) Tier-2(General)?
What are the prerequisites for this.

Kindly advise.
