allowed to inform the HO about what they have done with evidence and subsequently deal with his case while it is pending in the court of law etc. by being on some special visa.
You can of course inform HO, which will likely trigger and investigation and potential suspension/revocation of the licence, which means they cannot sponsor you. As 'committed misrepresentations' could mean 100s of things, it is up to you to decide what course of action is worthwhile.

There is no 'special visa' for a 'court of law' process, as you could have a solicitor represent you.

Thank you, CR001. Your comments are much appreciated.

You stated:

''There is no 'special visa' for a 'court of law' process, as you could have a solicitor represent you.''

In the worst possible scenario, I will be rendering the services of a lawyer but in such a situation, none of the visa applications seem directly relevant to the court case as you suggested, not even a Tier 4 as there will be a legal battle taking place between me and the University. Getting a lawyer is not equivalent to the submission of a visa application and that is why I feel there is a situational void which needs to be filled by the Home Office, at least in the future, if not now.

Thus, could you please share your last comment on the above please?

And once again, thank you for your time and suggestions.

P.S. For FLR (FP - Private life), the requirement to be in UK for minimum 10 years legally for applicants who are over 25 years old, seems confusing, as if a non-EU foreigner has lived in the UK for 10 years legally, he or she is very likely to apply for the ILR not FLR (FP - Private life).
