Employee count in ext. Month

Dear Seniors I applied for tier 1 ext in July 2017 and i got extension approved and BRP dated 22 of Sep. I had 4 staff worked for me in Sept for 130 hours each. Can i count sept working hours for them 130 each 4 full time for my ILR application or HO will consider only 8 days after 22 sept?
