Need help about UK visit visa refusal for Young female Pakistani

Post by shazzuk » Sat Feb 24, 2018 8:20 am

Dear Friends

one of young female friend was applied in Aug 2017 for UK visit visa from pakistan and got refused as we was apply very first time and was did lot of miskates like we never submit important documents like FRC, income / profit proof from national saving certificates or NOR we attest required documents by Govt ministry of foreign affairs and sponsor house proper documents and mention in sponsor letter about engagment and wrongly mention that our sponsor will support 2000 GBP while they only was going to provide invitee or accommundation etc so off course we must got visa refusal that time and now almost half year passed and till today we never ever apply again for UK visa

Visa officer wrote below resaons for uk visit visa refusal

Refusal of visit visa

Your application for a visit visa to the United Kingdom has been refused

The decision
I have refused your application for a visit visa because i am not satisfied that you meet the requirment of paragraph (s) V4.2 - V4.10 of Appendix V of the
immigration Rules because:

You have applied to enter the UK for 11 weeks to meet your friend The onus is on you to qualify for entry clearance based on your own circumstances and
your own intentions. This is assessed using information provided by you in your visa application and supporting documents.

you state that you are unemployed and have income from your savings. The documents you
have submitted do not demonstrate any income from the National Savings you have. The documents you have submitted do not demonstrate how you are supported whilst unemployed in Pakistan. As a consequence, I am not satisfied you have given an accurate account of your circumstances and this undermines the credibilty of your application.

Furthermore, I must consider you are proposing to travel in order to visit your friend for the first time.you have not shown from the supporting documents you have any family members living in Pakistan or other countries and therefore consider you have very little in the way of ties to provide you with enough incentive to leave the UK on completion of your proposed visit.

In light of all the above,I am not satisfied as to your intentions in wishing to travel to the United Kingdom now.I am not satisfied that you genuinely intend a short visit only to the United Kingdom and that you will leave the United Kingdom at the end of the visit.your application for a visit visa is refused under paragraphV4.2(a) ans (c) of Appendix V.

You have said that your friend will help you with this visit by paying 2000GBP for your travel, maintenance and accomodation whilst you are in the United Kingdom and I am not satisfied that he is in a position to do so. The documents you have submitted do not demonstrate any financial circumstances and his affordibility to spend 2000GBP,The documents you have submitted do not demonstrate you have a genuine personal or professional relationship with this person.Your submitted documents do not demonstrate that this person can and will provide support for the intended duration of your stay

While I take into account in assessing your proposed maintenance and accomodation in the UK, this is only one aspect of the visitor rules and this sponsorship does not satisfy me of yoyur own intention to leave the UK on completion of your visit, your application for a visit visa is refused under paragraphV4.3(a) and (c) of the Immigration Rules
your future applications likely to be refused unless the circumstances of your application change

so if we now apply again for visit visa then any one advice if have better chances to get visa approval?

here some basic details of her

Gender: Female
Age: 24
Marital Status: Single (never married)
Occupation: Unemployed ( Alternatively have regular monthly income around 15 thousands PKR via Govt Saving Certificates)
Financial Support by: Siblings
Travel History: None
English Skills: Very Good
Residence: 25 years old own family house (Leased on Mother Name and mother expired)
Purpose of visit: Meet friends or Tourist

Uk Friend (Sponsor) basic Details

this person is original english british (NON pakistani) have his own house in Scotland UK,
they can provide required sponsor accommundation documents
she financially supported by sibling and any travel / visa expenses paid by ourself, UK sponsor will only able to provide invitee/accommundation sponsor

so anyone can advice if she have still any better chance to get visitor visa approval while already previous uk visit refusal?

Under the Board Ts&Cs members are not permitted to post professional recommendations on the open forum.

In my honest opinion, the chance of a 24 years old female, unemployed in her home country with no family ties or reasons to return being granted a visitor visa are slim to zero.

An application from a young, single Pakistani female visiting a male friend who she has (presumably) only communicated with online will come under a great deal of scrutiny. Even more so when the friend is of a different ethnic background. This is extremely rare in the Pakistani/Muslim culture.
