If you did a search in Google maps you would have got this information.
I have done one according to that address, from the pictures it does seem there is parking available, whether it is for public or staff I don't know.
However if you look at Google maps, there is a building named 'Dominion Court car park' near where your appointment is.
Either that or phone them for information.
