COA without work

Hey valuable members please I need advice

I am extended family member to Eu national (cousin) I applied for PR after holding Rc for 4yrs and 11months. I got Coa with right to work just 3 months the application was refused due to not providing Sponsors ID. I only present Sponsors DCPR and passport copy and stated the reason while passport is not available due to Sponsor is travelling for Emergency. HO asked me on refusal letter to reapply and present the Sponsors ID which I have Done, over 2 months now I got coa a week after application and the new Coa without right to work and my employer has not ask me about the Coa till date the employer only got receipt from the first application ....I have challenged the HO caseworkers name on Coa letter to reinstate the right to work Still no reply for more than 6 weeks now I wrote a letter to him/her also email still no reply.

I hope being that am still working will not affect the decision of the application?

My sponsor still exercises treaty rights even after he acquired DCPR 6 years ago and he has been in UK since 2006.

I hope am not in any trouble. ....Please any advice or previous experience is highly welcome. Thanks all
