Settlement VISA for child born in India-Parents are on ILR

Hi There,

Me and my wife both are on ILR valid until 2024.
I have applied settlement VISA on 13-Oct-17 for daughter who's born in India . But still i have not received any update from UKVI.whenever i called them for the update they simply says its "Inprogress"

Can anyone tell me, what could be the reason for the delay?
Anyone else face such issue?
please suggest me
