If the email said three weeks once allocated then you've answered your own question.SAM143 wrote: ↑Tue Feb 27, 2018 8:40 pmHi dear members and respectable moderator!
i would like your opinion and experience about email reply as under:
"Thank you for your e-mail. Your application is now with a
caseworker. You will receive our decision within 3 week.

However, please some body let me know how long it takes if the case has been allocated to a case worker.
i really appreciate your input and help as i am traveling 1st week of April.
many thanks in advance and your time
best regards,
Sam

Update:ariskar wrote: ↑Thu Mar 01, 2018 6:18 amI applied 23/10/2017, did biometrics late: 01/12/2017 (second letter) due to Royal mail non delivery of first letter, then mailed the FMT team twice in Dec. 2017 and in Feb 2018, with last response 06/02/2018.
I did get a generic answer on both occasions that it may take a while.
However, on 28/02/2018, I received my approval dated 19/02/2018.
I had emailed them again on 26/02/2018 enquiring about my application status, lets see what they say (after I already got my joint approval and ceremony invitation letter)
Good luck SAM, hopefully yours is on the way too. Royal Mail 2nd class took 9 days to deliver my letter in central London...
