Extension approved

Alhamdulillah. Got my 50k (post April) extension approval today.
Applied for extension middle of may 2017
After 5 days got BRP request
July got complex letter
Middle of January 2018 got interview at my Restaurent
Today got Biometric cards dated 23erd February
Next week gonna sale out my business as last two years on huge loss.
Then going to join with my friends Restaurent as director of his company and will get 20 percent share and hopefully I could create 2 more employment and after 15 month I could apply for ILR. I hope life would be sorted after that.
Thanks a lot Zimba, Marhnath and other who advised me time to time.
If you have any advice for me till go ILR pls feel free to advice me.

No but he asked me why there is up and down on annual accounts turn over. 55k 115k and 85k . And I explained

Initial business is event catering. I am doing event catering and restaurant under one umbrella. At this moment I got 200 plus sitter buffet restaurant with stage and dance floor. In interview I could easily prove that I am doing events here with event pictures and booking reference and parties event requirements.
Route 50k
No I have not changed business type after getting initial visa just add licensed restaurant with event catering.
Maybe this time I would change the business type to licensed restaurant.

Will this condition apply to ILR i.e, You must meet the requirment of becoming a director in first six month.

it is clear you do not have to be a director in the same company you entered the route into (or extended)

There is no problem moving to a different business.

A brief explanation in covering letter is always a good idea
