Naturalisation application - old version of the form

I completed the naturalisation application but just realised a new version was posted... I printed the new version and completed but I am wondering whether I could keep the pages signed by referees on the old 2017 application. I could go back to them and have them sign the new version but it is a pain! Then again I don't want the risk of having the application rejected... The pages are almost identical but they refer to different page number is the Guide in two places..

What would you recommend?
