Passport return /EEA family permit

I made an application outside UK in Nigeria for my father to join me.home office refused the application on 9/07/2017
I appealed and won 22 /10/2017
Now home office sent me a an email that they are now ready to issue the visa so I should send the passport to the visa centre where the original application was made.
Can someone tells me how long it takes to get the passport back?
