IELTS Requirement For Tier 1 (Entrepreneur)

Hi,

I alongwith my business partner are applying for tier 1 (entrepreneur). I had my university education from UK so I am not required to pass IELTS exam. However, my business partner has studied in Pakistan.

I just want to confirm whether he needs to pass the IELTS exam and if yes then what is the minimum score required in each part of the Exam?

ILETS exam score 4.0 required, equivalent to B1,

Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) visa
IELTS for UKVI – 4.0 overall, and in each of the four skills.
