hello i am new to this i want some information on spouse visa i been married for 2 years nealy my husband from algeria and i am british i am not working at the moment as i am waiting to hear about cares allowance for my son
i want to apply in few months for a visa for my husband to come here we have a 8 month old baby together
he haves his own business we have applied 2 times for visit visa and he was refused both times
can we apply for his visa well i am claiming carers allowance
can anyone help with this

Yes you can apply. If you get Carers Allowance you will be exempt from showing £18,600 income, so you will not need to show work. You will need to show you have Adequate funds to support him.

You will still need to show other things such as:
Carers Allowance award letter
Bank statement showing carers allowance going in
Accommodation is available and not overcrowded
His TB Certificate
His English at atleast IELTS A1
Relationship proof
etc
