BRP Replacement Visa from India

Hi Experts,
I am an Indian citizen on an ICT tier 2 visa in UK since 2 years and my wife is on a dependent visa. She lost her BRP while travelling to Spain last year and hence has to return to India.
I read on the UK gov website that one needs to apply for a BRP replacement visa for an one-time entry if the BRP is lost outside UK.

I am trying to find the procedure to apply for it in India (Delhi) but couldn't find anything on the VFS website. If anyone has applied for a BRP replacement visa in India, kindly share your experience/timeline and the documents required for it.
