Tier 1E 200k Extension Approved in FIVE MONTHS

Hi all Board members
By the grace of god I got my visa extended today.This is my first post. I am the silent member of the forum and was greatly benefited from respected and senior members advice on this forum. I would also like to thank marcnath, Zimba and other senior member.
Your sincere efforts are much appreciated.

I have recieved mine And dependents biometric cards today.Waiting for the passport and other documents.
My time line was :

File posted on 12th October
File recieved on 13 th October
Fees deducted on 18th October
Biometric invitation on 18 th October
Biometric given on 21st October
Complex letter dated 27th October
2nd complex letter 27 th November
No interview

Haven’t got my IHS refund yet.
First year company was in loss and other two year it was in profit. One thing to mention here in my initials application my business plan was something else and I have done another business.

I sticked to the list given by senior member and the documents mentioned in guidance. Didnt even attached my insurance or any other documents.
Any documents that you included apart from the obvious (bare minimum)?
Just attached one bank letter confirming the amount transferred on various dates from my personal account to business account.

No I just explained my business activities with job role of all the employes and what are my future plan with this business.

In general I would say adding more documents for genuineness could give the impression that you lack confidence inthe genuineness yourself and trying to compensate for that.

Well done and congratulations. 5 months is much better than 15 months cases we sadly see more and more (but 5 months would still kill an international business where CEO needs to travel average twice per month)

Can you share any reasons why you did so well (especially no interview)? do you have more employees than two? Pay them well? High profitable turnover? Anything else?
