EEA Family Permit Extention

Hi,

I am non EEA citizen and married with EEA citizen, I came to UK in January 2015 on EEA family permit(FP). My wife started working immediately but i found work in August 2015.Expiry of my EEA FP is April 2020. I have few question, i will be very thankful if some one can answer;
1. When i can apply for Settled Status in January 2020 or August 2020 ?
2. After April 2020, do i need to apply for Temporary Residence Permit to complete five years period ?
