Limited company setup under tier2

Post by nickmba » Sun Mar 04, 2018 9:11 am

Hello all,

I am under tier2 visa since 2013 and in 2017 I created a Limited company by mistake as I read I can work 20 hours of supplementary work, but I got scared and did not undertake any work.

So the company was created, however I did not do any thing with it after, will this have an impact on my ILR?

Should I close the company? What should I do with this company?

Do you think I should explain this in my ILR application to the case worker?

Please help guys

Can we cancel LTD company?? On second job

I have the same issue

I am under tier2 visa and created a Limited company by mistake, but got scared and did not trade it, no business activity at all.

What will you recommend?

Should close this company or what should I do?

Your post has been split to your own topic from the 4 year old inactive thread you had tagged your question onto.
