Renewing Spousal Visa granted under humanitarian grounds

Post by harrydilu » Mon Mar 05, 2018 6:27 pm

My husband's spousal visa is due for renewal. It was granted under humanitarian grounds previously as we didn't meet the financial requirements. We now do meet all the requirements (although the humanitarian element requiring his stay still remains) - so how should we go about renewing?
Thank you for any help

I am assuming you are british citizen or settled person, you should extend it as a flr m given the situation u meet financial requirement. U should meet accomodation and english requirement. Have a look flr m form and list of required documents . Best of luck.
