Reapplying Spouse Visa - Please Help!

Post by strangefriend766 » Tue Mar 06, 2018 12:06 am

Hi all,

My spouse visa application was refused last month as we didn't provide enough evidence of maintenance of funds. However, we are ready to reapply now and my question is, if we have all the correct documents this time, would it be quicker for the home office to decide the application? Or will they still take their sweet time?

Many thanks in advance.

When there is a refusal, Home Office always checks the application more thoroughly. However, if you meet the requirement now and you have the correct support documents to back it up, they cant refuse you. InshaAllah goes well for you and you get a speedy decision.
