Application successful but Home Office didn't retain BRP by mistake

Post by SSE1992 » Thu Mar 08, 2018 9:40 am

Hello,

Hopefully someone can give me advice.
I've received a letter saying my application is successful. In my application I selected 'YES' for the Home Office to Retain my BRP.
But they returned the BRP back to me, the return is acknowledged in their letter.

I plan to send the BRP back to them before 5 days after the ceremony. Is this okay? (as long as it's not something illegal)
Or should I return this ASAP and mention there was an error? :?

Just return it to the address quoted - that's not for correspondence. Don't think there's any need for correspondence around this.
This is just my opinion as a member of this forum and does not constitute immigration advice.
Please do not send me private messages asking for advice.
