HELP with BRP(RC) form Section 4 - D4

Hello,

I am really struggling with some information I need to provide on this form, and also where to get it. I have two questions at the present time.

1. In Section 4 Biometrics Residence Permit - D4 of the BRP(RC) application form it states 'Have you had your fingerprints taken as part of a previous UK immigration application made in the UK or abroad?'
I ticked YES as I believe I did so in Australia for the first BRP I received.

It then states 'Please give the details specified below in each case' - The name in which you made the application: I entered my full name
Date of application: ??? I am unsure WHERE to find the date of my application
Country in which application was made: I entered AUSTRALIA
British Diplomatic post if application made abroad: ???? I have no idea what to write here.

I need help finding my 'Date of Application' AND also what I write in the 'British Diplomatic post if application was made abroad' section. I am on a 5 year UK Ancestry Visa if that helps.

I would love some advice on this!!!
