EEA PR application, divorce certificate - translation and notary?

Hello all,

a question re permanent residence application (online but assume same questions on paper form). My EEA husband and I have been married 5+ years. Before that I was married and divorced. On application for EEA family residence permit 4 years ago no questions re my previous marriage or divorce. Now it's asking me to provide divorce certificate. Luckily, I still have it. Does anyone know how official the translation of a divorce certificate (issued in Russia) needs to be for Home Office? Translation only? Notary certified? Apostille?
