PBS dependent ILR continuous period calculation

Hi,

Please clarify when would I be eligible for applying ILR based on below inputs:

Tier 1 General Partner Visa Issue date 24/02/2013
First entry into UK 31/05/2013

My husband has already got ILR based on 5 year rule. I am currently on my extension visa valid until 21/03/2018.

Can I apply for ILR right now or do I have to go for another extension and apply for ILR after 04/05/2018?

I read through the Homeoffice document but still quite confused.solicitor i am consulting says I am eligible but I just want more reassurance. I have booked for my ILR appointment on13/03/2018. Please advise the best course of action for my case.
