Ancestry Visa- Set (O) form (2018)

Hi,

I am filling out the Set (O) form for ancestry visa. My husband is also applying for ILR as he is dependent on my ancestry visa. My understanding is that this is done through a single application form.

I would appreciate feedback on the following questions: ( I realise there are alot, but hopefully they will help other people also trying to complete the form)

-Is there anywhere I can find an example completed form explaining in detail all requirements?
-In previous posts,there is mention of an online form- I can't find this? what is the link?
-As mentioned in previous posts, but I haven't seen an answer, the latest form makes no mention of requiring parents or grandparents birth certificates, is this still required?
-Also mentioned ina previous posts, but I have not seen an answer- are copies of documents still required?
-Section 5- only asks for my financial details. Therefore am I correct saying my husband does not need to submit payslips or bank statements?
-section 6- can 6.2 be filled on seperate atatchment or do you have to start by completing in the space provided?
-section 6-What does question 6.6 and 6.7 mean?
-section 6- can section 6.10 & 6.11 be left blank if we have not been to any crown dependencies?
-section 7- reading previous thread it said for 7.14 one should include detail of the family, i.e say mother and father. Is that adequate or should we include mother-in-law and extended family?
-section 10- to clarify, if I don't have a BRP, is there any further action required by me?
-cohabition- for proof of cohabition, can we provide bank statements/utility bills for past 3 years showing our address. This will be two seperate statements (as with different banks), but addressed to the same address?
Cohabition-is there further detail on cohabition documents guidance?
-Section 12B- is this not required for ancestry visa application?
-Section 12E- is my partner also required to submit documents of employment
-Section 12E- For a document saying that able to work- is a letter from my company saying I work there adequate?

And finally, it would be great to have someone review my documents before I submit to ensure I have completed correcting before submititing- is there a company that provides this service?
