Hello Everyone,

I am aplying my VISA renewal Premium Service Croydon on 28th March 2018. I filled application FLR(M)

My situation is as follows:
I have a 3 year old child who is born and living in India with my parents and never came to UK
1)
when I filled my visa application FLR(M) it is asking to tick to include Birth certificates for both parents as well as for kid. is it Mandatory to put Birth certificates of Parents as we are not applying for kid?? we have birth certificate for our kid but we don't have for parents..

2) Asking for evidence of access for Kid such as written agreement between both parents or a child arrangement order.... Please can you advice is it mandatory?? and how can I get one or any format please provide

Please remember I am applying for my spouse visa extension through FLR(M) Fee payed 1580 & booked appointment at croyden premium centre on 28th March 2018. My husband is British citizen and this is my second extension after 2.5years entry clearance

Is your husband a British citizen by birth/descent or by naturalisation? If by naturalisation, does his British citizenship (date as on the naturalisation certificate) pre-date the birth of your child?
