UK Naric and tier 2

Hello all

I would be really grateful if you could advice me on this.
I have a UK Naric for English language assessment which was requested via the blue route( dated December 2017). Also statement of comparability which was issued in year 2015.
My concern is can the same Naric be used to fulfill the criteria of knowledge of English for the application made under Tier 2 General visa category or should I get a new one through the red route because I have not received my RCos yet.
Also I would like to know where can we send our query to the home office as I am unable to find any relevant email address on their site.
your help would be very much appreciated as I am very much new to the system
