Penalty Charge notice pcn after the naturalization application

Hi all,

I submitted my naturalization application last month (12.Feb 2018) I have no pcn in the past12 month. Today, I got pcn letter dated 8. March2018. Do you think this will affect my application? And should I call the home office and inform them about it?.
