package has been despatched

Hello everyone

Today ,i rang UKVI in order to get update on my E application ,they sent me an email that package has been despatched on 2/3/18 with Royal mail ref number XXXXXXX.

I tried to track my package but the ref number HO sent in email does not work.

I rang HO again and explained the situation however they did not help me any further and said ,they will get in touch with next 5 working days regarding this .

Any one have any idea,how to track/how to contact HO to get correct ref number for the post they sent on 2/3/18 and still its on the way(probably,some one coming by walk to handover my pack).

partial IHS refunded on 1/3/18.

yes, i applied for extension on 9th/3/17 ans interviewed on 13/11/17 in my office
