30 hours childcare

Dear all

I am looking for answers regarding the 30 hours free childcare

My partner has ILR and I am on FLR M.

On the NPRF website it states the partner who has recourse to public funds may apply.

But I have read some topics on here which states the same last year and other topics on here this month which states I am not entitled

Has something changed in the last few months?

I need clarification.kindly help

Your partner can claim and it should not affect your future application as it is your partner that is claiming
