Declaring CCJ after claims Dismissed

Hello everyone, I am planning to apply for indefinite leave but I had a CCJ which has been set aside and dismissed by the court.
The CCJ should never had happened in the first place. My question is that, should I declare it? The ccj has been removed from all credit reference agencies such as Experian therefore it does not appear on my file anymore.

Any advise please!!!
