I'm an animator from Taiwan currently working in London with T5(GAE) visa - 6 months.
After working a few months for my company, they decided to get Sponsor license and sponsor me a T2(General) visa. As now it's only my producer and an HR working on it, I want to do some help by checking if my knowledge is correct.
Background:
BA degree in the UK, 2016
They offer me a 5-year contract and start with 28k salary.

I found one salary reference shown as Entry level: £20,800 in this link.

If they do require the minimum, my 28k should be fine?

Once my company gets Sponsor license, I know they'll have 1-2 unrestricted COS limits. However, as I can't switch my T5 visa to T2 in the UK, I've to apply from my home country. So basically, I've to go through the regular process to get my T2.
In this case, am I able to use the unrestricted COS?
If not, am I possibly exempt from the allocate limits due to my shortage job situation?
My T5 is gonna expire on June 1st and I know applying for Sponsor license could already take 2-3 months. So, in the meantime, they might also extend my current one for another 6 months - max 1 yr, in case I've to leave before getting my COS... I have a super fun time working with them, I know it's expansive and hard to get a visa and find a good company, so I really hope I can do something and help this paperwork work smoothly!
If anyone has similar experience and doesn't mind to talk, please share with me. I've been googling for weeks...
Looking forward to hearing from you, thanks!
