New Born baby outside UK - Dependant ILR or Dependant Tier 1

Hi experts

I am an ILR & my wife is still on Tier 1 G dependant. We have had our baby in India recently & need to apply for a UK visa.

I am confused, if i should apply for a normal Tier 1 G dependant visa or an ILR visa as 1 parent is ILR?
Please help.

PBS dependant, in-line with mother, if you were granted ILR under PBS.
