In order for you to meet the minimum income level, you have the following options:
1. Have £62,500 in savings held in an accessible account for at least 6 months (unless the funds have come from a property sale).

2. As the sponsor, your wife would have to show that she has earned the equivalent of £18,600 for the 12 month period prior to submitting your spouse visa application
AND
Have a confirmed offer of employment in the UK starting within 3 months of arrival, again meeting the minimum earnings level of £18,600 p.a

3. Your wife relocates to the UK and once she has been employed for 6 months on an annual salary of £18,600 a spouse visa application can be submitted for you to join her.

You would also have to submit evidence of adequate accommodation in the UK, available on your arrival.

Unless you are an exempt nationality, you will have to pass an A1 English test from a Home Office approved test provider, or have a degree taught in English with a NARIC ELA (Red Route).

No. In order to sponsor you as a partner, the British citizen needs to be either earning at least £18,600 per annum or have £62,500 in liquid savings for a period of at least 6 months.

The presence of a child does not make a difference to the application.
