Earlier, you stated that you acquired PR by marriage to a Polish citizen and that you have now separated from her. Are you only separated from your Polish wife or have you divorced her?

If divorced, did you marry your wife in Pakistan before or after the date of of the decree absolute?

As a non-EEA citizen with settled status (PR in your case) in the UK, you will need to sponsor your wife and child under the much tougher UK Immigration Rules.

Yes, it will.

But because the UK does not recognise polygamous marriage (even ones conducted abroad), it will not recognise your Pakistani marriage as you were married to your Polish wife at that time.

Therefore, you will not be able to sponsor your Pakistani wife (if you married her while you were still married to your Polish wife) under the UK Immigration Rules, even if you make more than £18,600 per annum.

When did you marry your Pakistani wife?

As your query is about sponsoring a non-EEA citizen spouse under the UK Immigration Rules, moving the thread to the Family Immigration forum.
