ILR(LR) form: Help for Question E3 please

Hi,

Dec 2017, I was sitting in the rear passenger seat and was stopped by the the police and they gave a ticket for the offence "not wearing seat belt" and few days later I received a offer for online course which i have already completed, now I'm sending my ILR (LR) in section E3 what do I need to select?

Have you received any other penalty in relation
to a criminal offence; for example a caution,
reprimand, warning, or similar penalties in the UK or
any other country?

Should I select Yes or No

Please help
