Thank you for the advice. I m doing my level 2.. And the college give me the letter for getting some experience and how it's possible after closing timings of salon where can I learn if there is no client.. I think if I have proper documents it's not a problem...natsha wrote: ↑Sat Mar 17, 2018 1:14 amThis Is very confusion point running as HO explain in new rules how much Director can work.
You and salon managers know you are learning but an outsider doesn't know you are working as paid or not just learning.
For example, IF HO visit they will see your work might you will in the problem or hard to explain them. So better you make something paperwork with Salon manger as you are unpaid leaning.(Sign Both of you) Or after closing hours of the salon, you can stay and learn that's fine.During working learning That's risky for you because you have the plan to open a new business but didn't open yet.
my question is simple... I have a office already I run the consultancy firm but I want to start my second business as a saloon with my sister but I don't have a proper qualification that why I m doing the course in hair and beauty in the meanwhile during the course I can get some experience in any of the saloon to learn and I have a letter of the college which mentioned that I m not working there just get experience... Is that allow please advicemarcnath wrote: ↑Sun Mar 18, 2018 4:32 pm@Parizay The best thing is to ignore @seasky and not to keep responding.
Reading @seasky's posts, I get the impression he/she is a very smart person who has done well and does have good intentions.
Unfortunately, it appears that most of time, the responses are biased with personal opinions and prejudices. That leads to misleading interpretations.
Even in this post and the link that was posted on internships, the section on Student Internships (which I believe applies to you) was conveniently ignored.
Again, there is an unsubstantiated comment about "people being declined for working from a virtual office". Maybe @seasky has access to information that is not publicly available, but at least in this forum I have not come across a case where that has been quoted as the only reason for failing a genuineness test. In fact, there have been many cases where people with virtual offices have received approvals, even without interviews or additional scrutiny.
The immigration rules are clear on what you can't study under a Tier 1 E visa or rather where you need additional permission to do such studies (https://www.gov.uk/guidance/immigration ... ertificate)
Your description did not seem to fit any of the categories listed here that needs an ATAS certificate, but it is worth for you to evaluate that yourself.
If you look at this forum at the early posts (e.g. 2011) visas were given fast 2-3 weeks. A lot has changed in T1e* and the writing is on the wall, they are taking genuineness much more seriously, interviewing a lot more (long detailed interviews, on business premises, though clearly not focusing on what is important, but that is a bureaucracy) and decisions commonly take over a year (!!!)Parizay wrote: ↑Sun Mar 18, 2018 8:41 pm

And, in my opinion, the simple answer I gave initially stays.Parizay wrote: ↑Sun Mar 18, 2018 8:41 pmmy question is simple...
