Uk Visitor Visa For Young Relative (Brothers)

Post by sarathml86 » Sat Mar 17, 2018 6:40 pm

Hi All

Can you please help me with your valuable advises

I am thinking to apply for my brother in laws (aged 20yrs) to the UK to visit us during their college break

Sponsors': Sister and brother in law (my wife and myself) tier 2 dependant and permanent resident

Applicant:
Twin Brothers - Both of them aged 20 years and currently studying engineering at a college in the home country
They are dependent on their parents and living with them in their home country (Own house)
Parents are currently staying in home country and managing business hence wouldn't be able to accompany them but will sponsor the cost of the trip and can show source of money through the fathers bank account
Can obtain a letter from the college proving that they are students and will be returning to continue their academics and the duration of holidays

I am not sure what else documents would be required to prove their ties back home as they are genuine visitors and will have to return to continue their education

Also, I hope even if the visa is rejected showing reasons for not enough evidence wouldn't create a black mark for their future applications to the Uk as student/other categories

Please advise if this would be a poor case and what else documents should I organise to prove their genuinity

          Regards
