Hi people
I am new to this forum, Very helpful this site is.
I need your help in deciding what should i do i am double minded

I am illegal immigrant from pakistan came in 2000.
I am a immigration bail absconder , I am married for four and half years with engllish woman and have a child of 3.5 year old.
My wife is not working she has savings of over three thousands and a council flat

Whats my chances if i apply from here or if i go back coz she isnt working

I wouldn’t advise staying here because if you get caught and are deported, you will not be able to re-enter the UK for ten years.

If your wife is not working then it will make it difficult (not impossible) for you to return to the UK on a spousal* visa. If your wife could find work and maintained a reasonable amount of savings, then you do have chance of returning here on a spouse (or other) visa. Whatever you decide to, think fast; time is running out and the clock is ticking!

(* If your marriage is not legal (recognised) and registered, then you will have to apply for an unmarried partner visa. You could also apply for a Fiance(e) visa but you must marry legally in the UK within 6 months and also the application would require evidence that the marriage is being planned and will take place.)
