Help - IHS for Tier 2 dependent extension applying via premium service

Hi moderators,

I am applying for tier 2 dependent extension via premium service, while my wife as moved onto ILR (based on 5 years Tier 2 general)

I have completed the online application and now need to pay IHS fee. In the IHS portal it calculates 1400£ based on my wife ILR expiry date which is in 2024

Here In the IHS portal it also states
Use this service to:

• pay the healthcare surcharge (unless you are applying for your visa online or at a UK Premium Service Centre)

but in Visa premium service centre site it mentions

• Tier 2 or 4 dependent - applying on your own: Book as part of your online application

Please guide me on how to use premium service and pay only 600£ for IHS
