PBS Extension application along with ILR application

Hi,

My husband will be applying for ILR and I will for PBS dependent leave to remain for me and my child.

We wish to apply for all at the same time under premium service . My husband has filled up his ILR application form separately.

I tried to fill up the PBS leave to remain form for my family and faced a query - in the 'start' section I am asked about my husbands current immigration status (Tier 2 leave to remain), after this I am asked whether he has ILR - (When applying at the same time - should i say yes or no)
If I say no - then i am asked for sponsorship licence number and then the length of Certificate of Sponsorship(but we have only an employment letter from husbands workplace for the ILR application and no certificate of sponsorship)

Would you be able to guide me please?
