i hope everyone is doing great and this forum is Extremly helpful and i saw many couples succeded at last i need guidance from yall , i am from poland but right now i am with my husband in Pakistan and we both are looking forward to exercise our right to free movement so we decided to apply for belgium embassy but when filling form to belgium embassy ,

visa type c 90 DAYS , but we are stucked in point 21 main purpose of journey ( options which is available are given below and rest options are also availble like humanitatian sporting commercial )

. FAMILY REUNION LUX AND EU NATIONAL
. FAMILY VISIT
. RETURN ANNEX 35
. TOURISM

in other visa forms there is options for OTHERS SO We put , family member of EU Citizen but in belgium case what we do ? please help

but its not a reunion , i am travelling with him but its not a reunion

You can select tourism and write a cover letter and mention you and your husband are traveling together. You can also mention that your purpose is tourism and you can also mention about directive.

Waqas bhai , do they need documents related to tourist visa or they go with (directive 2004/38/ec) documents only ? i am asking because i am also in same boat !

I am not sure about Belgium. But my friend applied the tourist visa for Netherlands and later he got the e mail from embassy that they will handle it based on directive. They successfully got the visa.

As yall know i am in pakistan with my hubby , we just want to know if we apply for belgium visa for tourist purpose are we still covered under directive i am polish he is pakistani , do we have to submit documents regarding tourism ? there is no option for OTHERS where we can put family member of eu citizen on point 21 on belgium embassy visa form , if we go with tourist purpose then do we have to give embassy tourist documents like booking of hotels , the common refusal on torusit visa are the applicant wont be back , does this apply on us ?
