Please advise if I can switch from FLR(FP) to FLR(M)

Post by anaisliu1 » Mon Mar 19, 2018 10:37 pm

Hi All
I have got my FLR(FP) visa granted a few months ago (was overstayed)

Now, is that possible I can switch to FLR(M) as it takes sooner to get ILR and more secured.

If so, is that risky or easy to get the visa?

Please kindly advise, thank you.

Unlikely to curtail FLR(FP), if you continue to satisfy its requirements.
