IHS Payment Link Not Working

Post by hollan » Tue Mar 20, 2018 2:47 pm

Dear Senior Members,

i have applied for my T1 Ent Extension along with my dependents, while paying IHS Fee depended fee was deducted only 100£ instead of 600£ but later on Home Office emailed me a link to pay the remaining balance of 500£, but for one of the dependent the link is not working.

I Tried to contact homeoffice on 0300 123 2241 with Options 4 and then 3, but they have given me a email address to send them an email which is Applyonlinee-support@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk (Double ee in online), which i did but i got a reply from them which i am copying it below.

"Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for your email correspondence of 19 March.

The email you received would have advised that the top up payment must be made within 10 days. If you have not paid within the specified time you would be required to write to your case owner in order to see if they are able to continue with your application by re issuing the link.

You can find their address on your recent correspondence.

I am sorry I am unable to be of further assistance.

Yours faithfully,

Apply Online E-Support Team

UK Visas and Immigration"

So basically they are explaining me the meaning of the email and saying they can't help.

i am still waiting for any postal confirmation from Home Office, the original email which i have got about remaining payment is from NoReply address and there is no correspondence address in the email.

can you please Help me with the correct contact details and how to approach the Home Office.

Kind Regards
