URGENT QUERY

Post by RAI_shradha » Tue Mar 20, 2018 4:52 pm

Hi I have an urgent emergency query. I am on tier 4 visa and its expiring in 10 days. But i trying to apply for extension as I have some valid reasons please suggest and help as there is no way I can travel in this short time.
First and the most important being that I was having a big issue with my previous landlord as he was really bad. Verbal abuse, illegal tenancy, fake contract and everything. We posted a complaint against him and they are building a case against him and i am meeting the bureau people this thursday for my initial statement. I need to stay for the whole thing.
Secondly, I have not yet done anything regards to my leaving, I was a student and have loads of things to sell and also get money from my present landlady.
Please help and give me suggestion!

Come off it. The period of additional leave after your course ends, up to 4 months, gives you plenty of time to do these things. If you have left everything until a week or so before your visa expires, sorry but that's your mistake.
I do not give immigration advice. I refer you to Immigration Rules, guidance, other online content and to your sponsor.
