Deportation Appeal allowed but am i still on bail?

Post by fabsy9897 » Tue Mar 20, 2018 11:08 pm

Hello i am new to this but i just found it and i thought this would b a place maybe someone could help me. Basicly the HO issued me with a deportation order when i was in prison following some convictions and obviously i lodged a appeal to FTT and today i just got the letter saying my appeal was allowed so im guessing i beat it but now i dont know what to do. Is there still a deportation order on me ? Am i still on bail? And do i still have to go to immigration reporting cente every week ? These are all things i dont know yet and i dont really know who to ask as i dont have a immigration lawyer i lodged and made my appeal all by myself and now i got this decision i am quite happy considering im just a uneducated 20 yo who didnt know anything about immigration a year ago so now i am happy with the result but im abit confused as to what to do next? So can someone please help me and give me some guidance? Also what do i do to claim compensation for the time i was detained in prison after my sentence finnished under immigration powers ?
